Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders for Hardero placed through shiningstrength.world and fulfilled by Vantage Review Media Pty Ltd, ABN 00 000 000 000, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund. This applies to all deliveries across Australia. This policy is consistent with consumer protection rights and best-practice standards including those of EU Directive 2011/83/EU for customers in applicable jurisdictions.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed and unused (or partially used, at our discretion).
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery reference) must be provided.

3. How to Initiate a Return

2. Include your name, contact number, delivery address and reason for return.
3. We will provide return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.
4. Ship the product back using a trackable postal service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

4. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method where applicable. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed by bank transfer to the account details you provide.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• Products that have been tampered with, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
• Orders where the return request was not initiated within the return window.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products
